I finally had revision rhinoplasty after 10 years I was so scared that I didn’t want to do it, pretty or not, but they said even if I didn’t do it now, I would definitely have to do it later, so I did end up having revision surgery
On the first day, while I was waiting, I kept thinking, why did I get surgery and end up like this While waiting, seeing people coming in for treatment made me scared and nervous, so I even wiped away tears lol
I had surgery under general anesthesia Before, it was sedation anesthesia, so I was half-conscious It didn’t hurt, but I could feel it lol I even asked them to put me to sleep during the surgery.. But this time it was honestly nice because there was no pain at all
In the recovery room, I was cold so I used a warm air heater too hehe On the way home, my mouth was so dry I thought I was going to die On the way, I got out of the car, bought water, and then went home Ugh Even after getting home, I slept sitting up Since my nose was blocked, I had to breathe through my mouth Honestly, more than the pain, my mouth being dry was insanely hard I woke up every 10-20 minutes and slept while taking sips of water My mouth was so dry I really thought I was going to die My rib or nose pain wasn’t really that bad hehe I had to take medicine, so I think I ate about three spoonfuls of rice.. It wouldn’t go down, so I just kept drinking water hehe
I went for treatment on day 1, and thankfully they removed the cotton!!! I felt so much more alive I also got an antibiotic shot, had it disinfected, and came home! I’m going again tomorrow, so I’ll try leaving another post Thankfully, it doesn’t hurt The dry mouth is seriously killing me
