I had hollow tear troughs even before facial contouring, but after the 3-type contouring they got worse, so I went to a clinic to look into fat grafting. They told me I needed under-eye fat repositioning I think it came out to a little under 1 million won. After the procedure, it didn’t feel completely filled in... just like the flesh had risen very slightly..? And they said for under-eye fat repositioning, they make an incision under the eyes and don’t suture that area! They just leave it as is. But then after 3 months, it started showing again... So this time, while doing full-face fat grafting lol, I did the under-eye area together too. But with filler, the injection needle goes into the tear trough like ----, right? For this, they said they design it like a 0 at the end of the tear trough and inject only that designed area in a round shape... The result was super satisfying! But I don’t think my fat is engrafting well It disappears too quickly. I’ve done fat grafting 3 times using only flank fat, but it’s still not enough. Back then I was 165 cm and 46 kg, so we used the flank, but now I’ve gained 11 kg, so later I’m going to try fat grafting with thigh fat.
