I received a consultation with Director Kim Eung-sam after seeing that an acquaintance’s lower blepharoplasty had turned out well. He explained things clearly, didn’t separately mention fat grafting, and said lower blepharoplasty alone would be enough. However, since I do have some under-eye wrinkles, he said that area could become a bit more noticeable after surgery. The consultant was also kind.
