I had a consultation for under-eye fat repositioning, and since it was a one-doctor clinic, I thought they would be more detailed, but it ended in less than 5 minutes. There was a separate consultation fee too, and I had come from far away, so it felt rather careless. They did not recommend fat grafting and said under-eye fat repositioning alone would be enough, but I don't think I will have surgery here.
