I went through a referral, and I had orthodontic treatment at Seoul National University Dental Hospital. I had it done when I was very young, and I do not think it took that long. I did not have extractions either, and they only shaved down my teeth.
But it is a bit inconvenient to keep wearing the retainer. Still, the director was kind, and I am satisfied with the orthodontic treatment.
