Bleeding on day 11 after revision rhinoplasty with autologous costal cartilage

It’s now day 11 since I had revision rhinoplasty with autologous costal cartilage, but the bleeding won’t stop from the stitch? area on the right side of my nose near the columella, so I’m still blocking my nose with cotton packing If anyone here has struggled with bleeding that wouldn’t stop after rhinoplasty, please give me some advice I’m at maximum mental breakdown right now Originally, after surgery, I didn’t have much swelling or bruising, so until day 5 I really liked it and was just waiting for the day they would remove the splint and stitches. But from day 5, my nose suddenly started to feel a bit tight/swollen? Then on day 7 I went in for a checkup, and they said blood had pooled around the nasal bridge and columella, so they inserted a syringe and drained the blood (draining the blood hurts so much). They told me to come back 3 days later, and that after checking then, if the bleeding had stopped they would remove the cotton, but if it hadn’t stopped, they might have to do packing again. I went for the checkup 3 days later, and thankfully no more blood had pooled in the nasal bridge, but they said the stitch area on the right side of the columella was severely irritated/raw, and that blood seemed to keep coming from the mucous membrane in that area. But maybe a little blood had pooled again around the columella..? They kneaded my nose a lot, drained a little blood, and packed it with cotton again Ha, having my nose blocked even on day 10 is so hard That was yesterday afternoon.. Ha, I’m going for a checkup tomorrow, and if the bleeding has stopped, that would really be such a relief, but they said if the bleeding continues, we may have to move on to surgery and open up the nose to take a look,, I’m so exhausted and anxious. If anyone here has had this kind of experience, please help me.. What happened in your case..?
