For my first surgery, I removed 25 mm silicone and Medpor, and after 2 years I had revision surgery on only the nasal tip without an implant, using septal cartilage and ear cartilage. It’s been almost 5 years now, and the ear cartilage shows through too much in a round shape at the nasal tip, and it’s pointy I’m planning to remove the ear cartilage from the nasal tip with a closed approach while leaving only the strut, and to graft AlloDerm to reinforce the thinned skin.
