My first nose surgery was too subtle, which was disappointing, so at [Clinic A] I had a five-point revision rhinoplasty with the straight-sloped look I like. I got a beautiful line with a round yet defined tip, and I’m extremely satisfied haha. Once my features became more striking, my wide cheekbones and blunt chin, which had always been insecurities, kept catching my eye. I was scared of bone surgery, but since my nose surgery had gone well and [Clinic A] is famous for facial contouring, I thought I could trust them once more and went for a consultation lol. As a pioneer of soft-tissue contouring, they carefully checked not only the bone lines but also soft-tissue flow and overall proportions, which made me even more confident! Since it’s a large hospital with an anesthesiology specialist on site and a well-established aftercare program, I felt reassured about having a major procedure like contouring haha. Even now, my nose maintains its pretty shape without bending or tip drooping, and my contouring healed smoothly and neatly without sagging, better than I expected 💕 One year later, I have no pain or complications, sensation in my lower teeth has fully returned, and the scar near my sideburn from cheekbone reduction has faded so much that I can’t even find it in the mirror. I’m truly happy every time I look at myself 💖💖💖 My formerly masculine impression has become much more feminine and soft, and I’m so satisfied that I wish I had done contouring at the same time as my nose surgery
