My side profile had always looked... not great because of the hump, but I didn’t want to make my nose very high either lol. I thought a natural straight line suited men’s noses better, so I had surgery without an implant. It was done through a closed approach, using septal and ear cartilage, along with hump correction, osteotomy, and nasolabial angle correction.... Anyway, once the swelling went down a little, the prominent hump was nicely smoothed out and my side profile looked definitely better lol. I was worried that raising only my nose would look unnatural, but I’m satisfied because it has exactly the natural straight-nose look I wanted for a man.... It doesn’t look obviously surgical, and it feels like only the parts I disliked about my original nose were improved. Personally, I think I made the right choice. If any men are looking into nose surgery, I definitely recommend this place lol.
