After rhinoplasty, my sebum has become somewhat active, so I am thinking of getting isotretinoin prescribed. Does having had rhinoplasty affect it? It seems usually unrelated, and I also asked the clinic manager at [Clinic A]. They said it should be fine to take the prescribed dose. I do not think I will have peeling or other pore-shrinking procedures because they would burden the nose.
