In the initial consultation, he listened well, examined my nose, which was my complex, and explained in detail with drawings how it would be good to fix it. Since this was a revision nose surgery for me, I had worries like, what if it goes wrong again? But I understood why people go to Dr. Guk Kyung-hoon. The counseling manager was also very kind, so I felt less pressured. On the day of surgery, I used foam cleanser, gargled, and even during the final meeting with the doctor, he reassured me that it would go well, so I felt very supported. I had sedation anesthesia, and honestly, when I closed and opened my eyes, I was in the recovery room. For a day or two, my nose was blocked and I had to sleep sitting up, so it was really hard, but once the cotton inside my nose was removed, I was truly grateful that I could breathe through my nose. Then one week after surgery, when the stitches and splint were removed, I was shocked because my nose line had changed so much. Originally, when I closed one eye and looked at my nose, I couldn’t see my nasal bridge because there was no bridge, but now I have one and can see it, which is so fascinating. I was grateful that he made me a nose that suits me perfectly, neither too high nor too low. These days, the swelling has gone down a lot, so when I meet people, I hear that my nose is so pretty. I’m very satisfied, and I think I understand why people go to Dr. Guk Kyung-hoon. The biggest thing that changed after getting surgery from Dr. Guk Kyung-hoon is my nose, of course, but more than that, I think my confidence increased the most. + Silicone was used for the nasal bridge, and ear cartilage and donated costal cartilage were used for the nasal tip. The reason I used donated costal cartilage was mainly that autologous costal cartilage would leave a scar, and there is also the drawback that the rib area can hurt for a while, so I chose donated costal cartilage.
