The hardest part of the surgery process was waiting for hours on the day of surgery, which was the most annoying and hard lol They made about a 4 mm incision, and since I was stressed about my nostrils spreading when I smiled, I also had the surrounding muscles tied For about 4 days it hurt more than I expected, and for 2-3 weeks smiling was really uncomfortable.. Even now it pulls a bit when I smile.. lol At first, when I smiled, it felt like my philtrum and upper lip were fixed in place, so it was really funny, but it seems to have become more natural… It’s a surgery I’d wanted for a long time, so I’m satisfied! Like many people, actually my nostrils were the smallest on the first day, but after just a week I could see them gradually becoming more natural, so I was sad lol There isn’t a big change in the bulbous nose shape itself, and lately I sometimes wonder if it’s too much the same, but when I look at old photos, I definitely think I did well to have it done It would have been really nice if it had been just 100,000 won cheaper People around me don’t notice unless I tell them! They ask if I lost weight lol I was really scared to do it with an external incision because of scarring, but thankfully the scar is more manageable than I expected.. Of course, the incision area is still red and I’ve started getting a bit of sebum there too haha… Compared to before, I really don’t do nose contouring or photo retouching anymore, good good If you have questions, ask!
