The doctor came in and told me my nose shape would become like this, and that they would do these procedures They asked if I had any questions, but I only asked whether I could wear glasses, and they said yes. Then they asked if I had anything else I was curious about, and when I said no, they said goodbye and left My nasal skin is extremely thick, so they said they’d need to insert 6 mm of Megaderm, and the reason it’s needed is because when the cartilage is sutured together, it could look pinched.. But they said 1/3 of the Megaderm gets absorbed Also, my nostrils are slightly visible right now, and they said that if the cartilage is sutured together, the nostrils could become like sharp triangles? so they suggested using Megaderm to do alar rim lowering When I asked if I also needed the nasal bridge done, they said I didn’t need to do the bridge
I’d be doing Nose Beam (abc) + 6 mm Megaderm + alar rim lowering With the condition that I reveal my face (silhouette excluding the eyes), the quote came out to 2.54 million won They said a step-off could appear after surgery until the Megaderm gets absorbed, so they’d provide step-off filler as a service And at first I said I wouldn’t do sedation anesthesia, then changed to saying I would. Sedation anesthesia costs 100,000 won, but they said they’d include that as a service too
