I proceeded after a consultation for 15-minute cheekbone surgery. They honestly told me in advance what the surgical result would likely be like, which actually made me trust them more. It wasn't a modified cheekbone surgery; I only got the 15-minute cheekbone surgery, so the effect itself isn't dramatic, but I'm personally satisfied. I want to get the posterior cheekbones done later too
