An acquaintance had it done here and became seriously pretty, so if my nose gets lower later, this was my No. 1 clinic for revision surgery. But my current nose is too natural (to my eyes), so I went in because I wanted to revise it into a more glamorous style. They explained everything in detail and dissuaded me, saying my original nose had already been raised close to the maximum and they didn’t recommend raising it more from here. They said if it gets lower later, I could think about it then, but after looking at the CT, they said it didn’t seem like it would get that much lower over time. My nasal skin is also thin, so they discouraged me, saying the more the nose is opened, the thinner it gets, and the cartilage at the nasal tip would show through. They were professional and spoke honestly.
