<After revision double-eyelid surgery with buried sutures, before it came undone>After<After the revision came undone>After getting double-eyelid surgery once, both sides came undone at different times, so I had revision surgery on each one separately. The second buried-suture surgery lasted longer than the first surgery, but one side came undone after 8 years, and the other side has been 3 years, but it has come down a lot.... I have some fat on my upper eyelids, but they said my opening strength was good, so buried sutures would be okay. I was also scared of incisional surgery, so both times I only did buried sutures, but I guess for the second time I should have just done incisional surgery Since they keep coming undone, for my third surgery I decided to have all the threads removed and get incisional surgery at another plastic surgery clinic
