When I consulted at other hospitals, they only looked at my eyes and ignored the rest of my face, but here the doctor first asked to see my whole face and even gave me a headband to hold my hair back, so I liked that they looked at my whole face first and created a crease that suited me. The doctor has a lot of experience, so that gave me confidence first. Both the counselor and the doctor also did not recommend a bunch of extra procedures and only suggested the one thing that was truly necessary, which made me trust them even more. It felt like they were not suggesting everything just because of money... At other places they were telling me to do eye correction and front canthoplasty too, but here they said just buried suture, which I was really happy about!
