They explained things in detail, but I felt it would be good if I, as the patient, went in knowing a lot of information about rhinoplasty. Maybe because my nose is low, from the start they said they would use donated costal cartilage for the nasal tip and silicone for the nasal bridge. For reference, this is my first surgery. They said I’d have surgery right away next week. It seems like most people use the nasal septum. I really hope there are no side effects.
