Three years ago, maybe my nasal bridge was raised too much, because the silicone started showing through, so I went for a consultation with Director Choi at Urban Plastic Surgery. After looking at it, the director said that my skin was thin and it seemed like the surgery had been pushed too far, and told me it would be good to lower the height a little and have bulbous nose surgery done together. For the nasal tip, during my first surgery they only used ear cartilage, so as time passed, it inevitably drooped. So they said that if the nasal tip is fixed twice with cartilage + a nasal tip support strut, it would not collapse easily. When I went for a consultation three years ago, there was no mention of a bulbous nose and no explanation of the surgical method.…
