About 3 years ago, I think I made my bridge too high, so the silicone became visible, and I went to Urban Plastic Surgery for a consultation with Director Choi. The director looked at it and said my skin was also thin and it seemed like I had overdone it, and suggested lowering the height a little and getting a bulbous nose correction at the same time. For the tip, I had only used ear cartilage in the first surgery, so there was no helping it when it dropped over time. So they said that if the tip is doubly fixed with cartilage + a tip support structure, it won’t collapse easily. When I went for a consultation 3 years ago, there was no mention of bulbous-nose correction and no explanation of the surgical method either... I really regret only having the bridge and tip done. If I had gone somewhere that would have done a CT scan from the start, carefully looked at my nose shape, and suggested the surgical method, I wouldn’t have needed a revision... I’ve already set the surgery date and am waiting. Looking at the cases from people who had surgery at Urban, there are really a lot of successful results, so I hope mine turns out that way too.
