The kindest director. If you're going back to the beginning of your consultation search, you should definitely go there. They explain everything in incredible detail and think a lot about what the patient wants to improve and their current mental state. They showed before-and-after photos, and I remember them looking natural. A bit like a dermatology clinic. But the building is very old and there is no elevator.
