The kindest director by far. If you are going back to the beginning of the consultation process, you should definitely go there. They explain everything in really, really, really great detail, and they think a lot about what the patient wants to improve and the patient's current mental state. They show before-and-after photos, and I remember them as natural. A bit like a dermatology clinic. But the building is very old and there is no elevator.
