It was my first consultation, and since I had gone after watching YouTube, I had trust in them and booked the surgery right away. It was Dr. ㅈㅇㅇ and he was kind, as was the director! Because I have a bulbous nose, I decided to do septal cartilage, size reduction, and correction for an upturned nose. The front desk staff wore hats, did not even acknowledge patients when they came in, just laughed among themselves, and were not even wearing uniforms, which was unpleasant. Overall, it felt like they had not been properly trained
