I went for a consultation because I wanted facial liposuction~ The doctor checked with ultrasound, and told me I didn't need it, and that removing only the deep cheek fat and managing it with something like high-frequency lifting would probably be enough~ I was worried deep cheek fat removal might cause cheek sagging, so I didn't have the surgery, but I don't think they over-treat^^
