Both the consultation manager and the director were very kind, and in particular, the director explained accurately and in detail what surgery would be needed. I liked that I didn’t get any sense at all that they found it bothersome or anything like that. There was no waiting time, and although there was some recommendation to pay a same-day deposit, it wasn’t to the point where it felt forced.
