In an open chat room, I saw someone who looked like they had a protruding jaw get made to look like they didn’t have one with contouring alone, so I went too because I also have a bit of a protruding jaw. The relatively affordable price was also a big factor.. If it’s too cheap it feels like being a guinea pig, but this was mid-range. The doctor wasn’t particularly kind. It’s kind of funny, but I have good memories because my consultant manager took really good care of me. Maybe because the director’s personality is a bit like that, my consultant manager figured out in advance really well what I wanted and all that. (It seemed like they would get scolded a lot if they didn’t) I was scared of side effects from T-osteotomy, so I did rotational contouring. There is some asymmetry, but I guess it’s within an acceptable range…
