I made a weekday morning appointment for an eye revision surgery consultation and went in without much waiting. The consultation went in the order of consultant -> director -> consultant. The consultant was kind, and the director was also kind. However, the director seemed a little rushed. When I talked about the eyes I wanted, it felt like they recommended only the necessary surgeries, so I liked that. They did answer all the questions I had prepared positively, but the positive answers were all too simple, so I’m unsure. The consultation time was short.
