Day 33 after rhinoplasty, 3.5 silicone implant on the nasal bridge I had surgery with autologous costal cartilage for the nasal tip, and something like a stitch?? came out from the columella incision area. Can this happen?? It came out with blood There was actually quite a lot of bleeding I should contact them right away tomorrow.. And is it normal that the swelling of the mucous membrane inside my nose still hasn’t gone down?? The right septal support column is still very swollen too My nasal obstruction is severe, and they say it’s really swelling, but I’m so frustrated I could die I regret it, seriously
