After my first surgery, my nasal tip drooped, so I had an after-service revision surgery a year and a half later. It’s been 2 years, and it’s drooping again.. After the first surgery, a gap formed between the cartilage and silicone, so it looked really unsightly. It’s not that bad now, but it just looks long, so I’m debating whether to have a third surgery or just live with it. It’s really stressful, though. If you’re going to get revision surgery, please don’t just go back to the same clinic you went to before. Make sure to visit other clinics too and compare..
