It wasn’t like I had no breasts at all, and when I gathered everything I had and wore a super-padded bra like Aimee-Fill, I could get some cleavage, so I lived feeling fairly satisfied. But after seeing my friend get breast surgery at Human and then wear a tight tank top with this totally relaxed expression, I had a reality check about myself obsessing over super-padded bras. So I immediately went for a consultation and booked surgery for the earliest available date.
During the consultation, Director Kim Guk-hyun gave me a relaxed consultation, and when I asked him to make them as big as possible, he carefully said it could ruin my body proportions and explained breast implants and sizes one by one. I’d had facial cosmetic surgery a few times before, but breast consultations definitely felt different in detail, and my friend had also told me that Human itself is very meticulous!
Before surgery, my rib cage was 70 and my breast pocket was 12, and they said implants were possible without restrictions. I asked for Mentor Xtra because it felt the best to me, and when I said I had to be at least a D cup, the director decided on 350cc, within a range that wouldn’t ruin my body line.
The operating room was really cold, but it was nice that the nurse held my hand. When the director said, “I’ll make you beautiful breasts~,” it was like listening to ASMR hahaha. Director Kim was the very definition of a sweet guy from the consultation right up until just before surgery
After surgery, I was thirsty and had a compression bandage on my chest, so it was total chaos, but strangely I had no pain. I thought, “I must be pain-free~,” but once the anesthesia wore off, I kept having this unpleasant tingling, zinging pain.. Still, it wasn’t severe pain, so I was convinced I’d won the no-pain lottery!
After surgery, sleeping was really, really uncomfortable, and even moving my body slightly made it tingle. Wearing the postoperative compression bra for a month was also so uncomfortable, and once I was free from it after a month, I practically shouted with joy!
Oh, and the manager at Human had been kind even before surgery, and after surgery too, whenever I sent annoying questions like “this area and that area ache” or “what should I do when washing the compression bra,” she answered kindly and quickly, which was so nice.
At first, my breasts were so firm and full like bouncy balls, and they looked like rocket-launch breasts, so I was worried. But they told me the skin also needs time to stretch and that I should wait. So I waited, and honestly, time really was the answer! After 2 months, cleavage formed naturally, and the bulging upper part also settled down. It might just be my feeling, but I really hope you get the aftercare. Especially after getting CAPS care, I felt like the shape settled faster.
As time passes, both the shape and feel of my breasts are improving, and during the follow-up check, the director said the scars were healing well and the shape came out nicely. I’m now in month 3 and very satisfied.
My current size comes out from a full C to D depending on the brand, and I think the cup size will get bigger once the tissue softens more!
