How’s this review of hump nose surgery?

Before<Before>After<After one week><Two months><Three months><Four months>This is my younger sibling, and he got it done because his hump nose was stressing him out so much At first, since he’s a guy, I told him to just live with it and tried to stop him, saying what if he gets nose surgery and has side effects But he was so stressed about it, and because of that I could visibly see his self-esteem getting lower, so even though he’s usually like my enemy... I felt bad for him So I looked into it with him, went around with him, and took him to consultations, and he got it done Since he was getting the hump corrected anyway, he also brought photos of the line he wanted, asked about it, and got it just like that He had silicone for the nasal bridge, and septal cartilage and ear cartilage were used! His nasal tip originally looked like a bulbous nose, but definitely after getting his nose done It was gathered nicely into a moderately rounded shape (he said he didn’t want it pointy) The line also seems smooth and nicely defined. He’s satisfied too, and it looks fine to me Only my mom and dad feel a bit awkward about it lolololol Doesn’t it look well done? I originally had no thoughts about it, but after seeing him, now I want to get my nose done too I want a dramatic look, so I’m thinking maybe I should do it with autologous costal cartilage.. lol I booked the consultation quite a while ago, but the date hasn’t come yet, so I’m waiting lol heheh
