There was almost no swelling, and the bruising disappeared within 2 weeks. But because one eye had multiple creases, only the inner corner area was lifted. As time passed, the line became thinner and the eye drooped, so the lifting at the inner corner became more noticeable. I was very satisfied with the surgery, but I went back to the hospital for revision surgery, and at the hospital, they explained the principle of double eyelid surgery and said revision surgery could not be the ultimate solution, so they recommended that I get a lift when I’m a bit older. I trusted the doctor more because they actually discouraged me, but I decided to get consultations at other hospitals too.
