I started at 107.8 kg before the procedure, and because of health, self-esteem, stress, and other reasons, I decided I needed to lose weight, so I ended up getting the procedure.
Right now, after the procedure, I’ve been consistently doing aftercare and a bit of dieting(?) Of course, three healthy meals a day!! And about 3 weeks have passed, and I’ve lost roughly 4.5 kg.
These days I’ve been busy with work, so it was kind of a week of just holding on. To be honest, there wasn’t a big difference in my weight compared with week 2... But because of the work I’m doing... I had no choice but to eat dinner late, so I ate late-night snacks pretty often. Still, I’m just amazed that I didn’t gain weight...
Anyway, as you can see in the photo, the day-20 photo shows the difference above, and starting today I’m planning to cut out late-night snacks again and try to lose more.
After the procedure, I received aftercare about twice (once a week). The first was extracorporeal shockwave therapy, where they gently tapped(?) the bruised areas, anyway it was aftercare that helped clear bruises and reduce fat. For the second aftercare session, I got something called a mesotherapy fat-dissolving injection.
During the first aftercare week, the bruising hadn’t gone down much yet, so it hurt if I moved too intensely, but after receiving it, my body felt a bit less sore and it felt like the bruising was being brought down. The second aftercare treatment, the mesotherapy fat-dissolving injection, seemed like medication was being injected into the body. I think it was an injection that helped reduce swelling and fat.
By around this time, the bruising had almost all gone away, and moving around a lot wasn’t much of a problem. Because of the injection, the weight also came off well... (If only it weren’t for work and late-night snacks in the middle...)
My diet has been a bit vague these days, but still, when I eat out, I try to make sure I eat chicken dishes or meat dishes with vegetables. (I do feel a bit guilty about it.)
