For butt fat grafting, in cases where the butt is uneven after surgery, they said they would adjust it with fat during the second round, but when I asked whether it would be possible to see after the swelling goes down and do a touch-up because the height of the buttocks was different, they said there wasn't enough fat;; Why? Their attitude after the consultation and procedure was different. Doing liposuction again would be a burden on the body, and the asymmetry wasn't very noticeable, so I just left it, but I think things like this should be explained in advance. Even with butt fat grafting, you don't end up like Kim Kardashian; it just becomes a little bit fuller and more rounded. Honestly, it was so subtle that I was disappointed..
