Nose Surgery Reviews

One-month review of 3D implant rhinoplasty at [Clinic A]!

I brought my one-month review! I can’t believe it has already been a month since surgery at [Clinic A] haha. Until recently, I still had bruising and yellowish swelling on my bridge and tip, so I checked my progress nervously in the mirror every day, but by one month the major swelling and bruising had completely gone. I had a revision case involving a hump, a blunt bulbous nose, and functional nose surgery for a deviated septum. I had a 3D implant used to refine the bridge and autologous costal cartilage for the tip. Now that I am entering the one-month mark, the swelling in the bridge line has decreased and it is settling more smoothly and naturally. Perhaps because of the 3D implant, the hump correction fits closely, so the line is very clean without any lifting or gaps. The residual swelling in the round tip characteristic of a bulbous nose has also decreased significantly at one month, making the line slimmer. At first, crusting and swelling inside my nose made breathing somewhat uncomfortable T_T, but as the inside stabilized after a month, I can definitely feel the effect of the septal surgery! The side that used to be blocked has opened up, so breathing is very comfortable! haha. Because it was revision surgery, I had a lot of deliberation and worry, but the hump was refined neatly and I really love the line from the bridge to the tip. I heard that swelling can continue to subside gradually for six months to a year before fully settling, so I will keep taking walks and patiently observe the progress!
