<After><After><Reference photo>I got revision surgery on my nasal tip today! I brought a photo of Karina’s nose, and I think the line came out roughly similar? From my original nose, I lowered the columella a bit, made it slightly slimmer, used ear cartilage for the nasal tip, and raised it a little. Isn’t the line so pretty? I like noses that don’t look obvious and look natural, so I’m happy because I think it still looks natural now haha
