Sorry about the blackheads, it hasn’t been long since I took off the splint
It’s day 9 since removing the splint, and this is my third revision rhinoplasty. I only had the nasal tip done. But ever since I took off the splint, there has been a bluish? black? bruise-like mark on my nose, and it’s not going away, so I’m really anxious.
Is this an inflammatory or necrotic reaction? I had my nasal tip lifted as much as possible. Do you see signs of necrosis? It looks slightly blackish to me.
I had surgery with autologous rib cartilage, and ear cartilage was stacked as well.
