Even the nose surgery I had in 2020 had AS twice, but it still didn’t give the look I wanted at all My nose had been a complex since I was young, so I got surgery, but because of those expectations, I opened up my nose again and again and again, and yet the more I did it, the stranger it got and the further it drifted from the nose I had in mind.. I really thought of this one as my final revision rhinoplasty, and I was so desperate that I went around to 4 consultations in one day. Trying to go to all of them in one day was exhausting both physically and mentally.. Finish was my last consultation, and unlike other clinics, they took an X-ray to see whether costal cartilage could be used, and I liked that they checked during the consultation whether it could be used or not. Honestly, that was kind of fascinating? When I didn’t know anything, I just went somewhere cheap, but after learning more, it looked different.
Other places only told me verbally that autologous costal cartilage could all be used, but here I could know for sure whether it was usable or not before getting surgery, so I felt really relieved. Why this matters is that if they open you up on the day of surgery to use autologous costal cartilage and then it turns out they can’t use it, you’re left with only a scar and can’t even get the surgery… I’ve built up experience from having many revision surgeries, but since one of my friends had a case like this, I ended up paying even more attention at every consultation. Anyway, that’s why I trusted Finish much more! You have to be careful with places that only say it’ll definitely work! My personal tip.
