Before-before-after-after-after-after Honestly, my nasal bridge wasn’t that low, but compared with my face shape, my nose was a bit small and my nostrils were wide Actually, I hadn’t been that interested in rhinoplasty, but after I found out there was something called functional rhinoplasty, I kept searching only that..... I was so drawn to it.. My rhinitis was really severe, so I really wanted to have rhinitis surgery. But it seemed like many people combine cosmetic surgery while having functional surgery?
I thought it would be nice if my nostrils became a bit smaller than now and my nasal tip improved, so I mainly researched through a community and apps, made a list, and went to consultations. This clinic was more detailed than other clinics, and several conditions matched well!! Cost, aftercare dates, etc?? Of course, the consultation with the director was the biggest factor haha. After looking at my face, they said it seemed enough to raise it just slightly to match my facial proportions... They said it probably wouldn’t suit me if it was too flashy. And the director seemed to put a lot of emphasis on the nasolabial angle and columella length lol (This was what I cared about the most!!!!!!!!!!!!) They also showed me lots of review photos of people who had functional + cosmetic surgery under conditions similar to mine, and I liked the line and nose shape. What reassured me the most was that the alar reduction scar wasn’t visible and looked natural! Since they specialize in revision rhinoplasty, it seems like they do many difficult surgeries too! I was worried because people often say nostrils are hard to correct in one go I really wanted a natural-but-polished style, and after the consultation, we decided on autologous costal cartilage + silicone surgery, reducing the nostril width, and doing functional rhinoplasty together!! The photos are from 1 month after surgery!! I really didn’t know I would change this much.. haha Everyone says my face looks tiny now lolololol Maybe because my nose is higher, my face looks much more three-dimensional.. And I can already feel that my rhinitis has improved a lot too.. hahahaha><
It’s only been one month,,, but so much swelling has really gone down, so I wash my face without any issue and do my makeup really well when I go out lol Oh, the care I did after rhinoplasty was one walk a day, drinking 3 pumpkin juices a day, and do you know nasal saline irrigation? It’s like a nasal rinse bottle, where you go ah~~~~~~ and spit it out through your mouth. lol
I heard it was good, so I think I started doing it diligently from about 2 weeks after surgery haha. I didn’t know functional rhinoplasty would improve quality of life this much.. If I had known, I would have done it sooner My nose became prettier, and my nasal congestion disappeared too.. I really recommend it to everyone who wants to get both benefits at once!!!
