Before<before photo>Before<before photo>Before<after photo>Before<after photo>Before<after photo>Hello~! This is my 6-month review after cheekbone and square jaw surgery (2 types of facial contouring) at 345.
Before surgery, I was very concerned about my bumpy and broad face shape, and when taking selfies, my protruding cheekbones and square jaw stressed me out.
When choosing a hospital, I focused on safety and the doctor’s experience, and 345’s safe surgical system and the director’s pride and experience, as someone said to be the second generation performing facial contouring surgery, fit my needs so well that I decided to have surgery there.
The hard part was only a little difficult in the early stage after surgery, and after that, as long as I was careful about eating and opening my mouth, there was no major difficulty with daily life. I was already very satisfied at one month, but now that almost all the swelling has gone down, I’m satisfied with how much slimmer my face has become.
After surgery, I truly felt the importance of walking deep in my bones. I tried various foods and supplements said to be good for reducing swelling, but I don’t think anything was as good as walking. As long as it’s not an excessive walk that strains your body too much, I strongly recommend it for post-surgery swelling care.
After surgery, people around me told me so often that my face got smaller, so I’ve been spending happy days. Especially when I wear hats and take selfies, I really like my smooth face shape. Even if I went back and had surgery again, I think I’d do it at 345!
