I had seen them on YouTube every time, but I applied for an in-person consultation and visited to get a comprehensive solution and plan for my face. During the consultation, they explained the issues with my face in as much detail as they did on YouTube, and they also clearly told me the possible solutions, so I was able to clearly set the order of my future surgery plan. The consultation recording was also available to keep. That said, the consultation fee was a little burdensome.
