Nose Re-Surgery

Went for a revision consultation at ㄹㅂㄹ ㅊㅁ

My original natural nose itself had an upturned tip, so it was lowered with columella lengthening. After about 4 years, the pointy look disappeared, but at some point the nose tip started looking upturned. I went to the hospital where I had surgery and asked, and they said it wasn’t contracture and that it was still well supported. They said because a short nose was raised too much, the nose tip can look translucent and appear lifted... should I call it compensation psychology? They said it’s just going back to the previous shape, so it’s not a side effect. If you were me, would you get revision surgery again? I’m not satisfied with the shape..

For now, I went for consultations at places whose shapes I liked and that do both removal and revision surgery, and one of the two was pretty conscientious? I’m going to decide after visiting at least 10 places, because I’m regretting that I decided on my first surgery after only going to 2 places

An acquaintance of an acquaintance had a bulbous nose and apparently succeeded after their 3rd or 4th nose surgery. We’re not in contact now so I’m not sure, but they said they did it at ㄷㄹㅡㅣㅁ... where could that be.. two places come up
