It’s been almost 8 months since I had nose surgery, and silicone plus septal cartilage and ear cartilage were used. My columella area was originally flat, and I think they put cartilage in the columella area to make a line, but it’s showing through in a round shapeㅠㅠ As time goes by, it seems to be protruding more and more. This isn’t just my imagination; it’s real. I also feel like the nasal tip may be showing through more and more, though I’m not sure about that. In this situation, should I ask the hospital where I had surgery to fix only this show-through, or should I go to a hospital famous for revision surgery, get a consultation, and have it done at a new hospital …
