When I look at the before-before-after-after-before photos, one thought comes to mind right away. Looking at my nose, I used to think it was really unattractive. I had a hump nose and a severe bulbous nose, so I hated how fat my nose looked. At some point, I started noticing only other people’s noses, and even if I couldn’t have a nose like celebrities, I wanted a nose that looked straight, defined, and refreshing. So in the end, I chose cosmetic surgery. I had the surgery at Premier, because many men go there, the doctor had long experience, and when I looked at the reviews, I was very satisfied with the nose shapes themselves. For me, septal cartilage was used for the bridge and septal cartilage plus autologous costal cartilage were used for the nasal tip. The shape has been holding up properly so far, and I think both the hump nose and bulbous nose that were problems have improved well. I found out later that I had also had filler, and my nose was thick, with a hump and a bulbous shape too, so it must have been a very difficult case, but they handled it so well that I’m genuinely thankful. It’s true that the nose is important. Just this one thing changed, but I look like a different person and my impression changed too, so I feel like the way people look at me has changed, and the world feels happy.
