When I smile or when I’m under sunlight, fat appears prominently in the dark circle area, and sometimes I look like an old lady, so I’m considering under-eye fat repositioning. But since I haven’t even had double eyelid surgery on my eyes, it feels kind of wasteful(?) and a bit disappointing to do only fat repositioning, so I’m torn. If I get fat repositioning, will it be very noticeable??
