It’s not extremely severe, but people keep saying I look tired. When I go for consultations, they say it would probably be good to have it done, but I’m almost forty, and I’m worried that touching it for no reason might make it worse than not doing anything. In the past I would have just done it, but now I’m worried about various things. Do you tend to recommend it?
