I had under-eye fat repositioning a long time ago, but it wasn’t permanent. As I got older, the fat filled in again. So I think I’ll have to get it done again soon. Also, mine turned out uneven. I think they removed too much fat on the right side. So the dark circle area right under my right eye actually got darker.
