Day 3 after revision surgery, and there’s a pimple between the stitches

I had revision surgery with a partial incision, and it’s day 3 now. Just now, while applying ointment, I noticed something like a pimple that appeared between the stitches Could this lead to scar tissue??

Is there no way to fix under-eye hollowness?
