I asked for an elegant yet defined look, nasal tip projection, and a nasal tip that was not too pointy, and it came out exactly as I requested. Above all, he matched the symmetry really, really well too.
However, if there is anything I’m disappointed about, it’s the columella that hasn’t descended enough (now at two months, it is slowly coming down / but I like a slightly short nose with a descended columella like Japanese women who have that look, so I’m very disappointed) and the fact that the nasal bridge where the step-off was filled with costal perichondrium went down much faster than I expected... So I’m regretting again that I should have put in silicone
Fortunately, the clinic communicates so, so well, so I’m planning to watch the swelling go down more and then ask for aftercare/revision service. Aftercare/revision service is available for up to 1 year, and the communication with Dr. Jinwoo and the front desk staff is very smooth, and they are kind, which is really the best part.
Oh, other people say autologous costal cartilage is hard because of the foreign-body sensation, but now at two months, I got used to it faster than I expected. It has become very slightly soft.
