I’m 2 weeks post-op from rhinoplasty. Autologous costal cartilage was used. My concern is that my nasal bridge and nasal tip are currently pointed and made too high, so I’m worried because it looks pointed and high like Pinocchio’s nose. There hasn’t been much change from week 1... If it keeps going like this, it’s emotionally hard Will the high nasal tip and nasal bridge really come down? #For reference, it looks lower in the photo (in reality it’s more pointed and higher) My current nasolabial angle is 103 degrees.
